” In March of 2025 I had been struggling on the mound and I was not throwing as hard as I knew I was capable of after a change in movement due to a prior injury. At the time I topped out at 67. I came to ATP to gain velocity and to train in a structured manner with coaching that was personal to me. I saw results within 2 months and touched 81. I was able to correct poor movement patterns through doing drills everyday and receiving feedback. “

” Working with ATP has been nothing short of life changing. As a high level athlete, I was faced with many physical pains and limitations. I felt so fearful of the unknowns and the path forward. I was dealing with severe lower back pain and was told I had a herniated disc. After working with ATP, my lower back pain is non-existent and I’m both physically and mentally stronger than ever. ATP provides significantly above average care and treatment to their patients and are unrivaled in their results. “

“Before working with Nick, I had arm talent and a desire to improve, but was struggling in game and had no plan of attack for improving. Through fine-tuning my arsenal, improving movement quality, and getting a better understanding of how to attack hitters, I am now the best version of myself.”

” My name is Dennis Gamester. I’m beginning my 5th year of Division 1 Baseball at San Jose State University. I started training at ATP 2 years ago. Prior to starting I would have constant arm discomfort and lingering issues that I felt would never resolve. I was looking for a place where I could get healthy and stay healthy, build a genuine connection with the people around me, and maximize my potential as an athlete and overall person. In these two years the staff has helped me in more ways that I could have ever imagined. Not only is it a facility where you get the absolute best training and guidance from Brian and the rest of the staff, but there are numerous resources at the facility. The treatment with Kevin and Taylor and mental performance with Matt are two areas that tremendously helped me take the next step in my athletic career. The overall staff at ATP allowed me to personally grow, get back to playing healthy baseball, and offered a sense of support whenever it was needed. “

I came to ATP in the spring of 2017 fresh out of UCL Reconstruction Surgery. I decided to come to ATP instead of a traditional PT clinic because I wanted to be challenged throughout my rehab and surround myself with therapists and trainers who work with elite athletes on a daily basis. Those who truly understood what it would take to achieve my goals to become a professional pitcher.
I worked with Taylor 4x per week for the entire summer during my TJ rehab. She was incredible at listening to how I was feeling on a daily basis, using that information to adapt our treatment/workout plan as needed while ensuring that I hit every check point in my surgeon prescribed rehab plan.
Because of this I was able to be back pitching in NCAA competition in 11.5 months, and have been pitching healthy ever since 2018. I continue to utilize Taylor as a resource every off-season for treatment to make sure I continue to stay healthy as I progress through the Minor Leagues with the Athletics.
Anyone who has to go through the year long rehab process of Tommy John needs someone in their corner who cares about their success as much as Taylor does! I would recommend her and the rest of the ATP team to any athlete in that situation.”

Josh has helped me immensely both on and off the field. With his help, I’ve unlocked new ranges of motion, the ability to play pain-free, and understand how to prepare myself for success. He is a true friend for life.

Before I started at ATP, I was injured, had low confidence, and had a high era. ATP helped me get stronger not only physically, but mentally as well. They helped my personal records in the gym skyrocket, as well as helping me gain a better mind set when I step on the mound. With ATP my recovery time for my ucl strain only took a couple months vs 1 year without ATP. When I started at ATP I was only throwing high mid to high 70’s but as I kept training with ATP, my velocity jumped from 79 to 91 in 1 year and my era dropped from upper 3 to 1.06. I want to thank ATP for helping me succeed in this game.

My experience with ATP has been nothing but positives. Ever since the fall of my freshman year of high school, they’ve done nothing but guide me and help me get to where I am today. The culture at ATP is amazing, surrounding yourself with people who have the same goals as you is nothing but motivating while working out and getting your throwing in. The doctors there are phenomenal too, helping you address and solve whatever pains and aches you may be feeling from your training or throwing. All of it is nothing but great and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

I came to ATP as an undersized high schooler with dreams of playing Division I baseball. Within just six months, my work in the weight room led to a 35-pound increase in bodyweight (155 → 190 lbs) and a 7 mph jump in fastball velocity (80 → 87 mph). That improvement helped me commit to my dream school, Dartmouth College, where I played four years of Ivy League baseball while earning my degree.
During my offseasons at Dartmouth, I continued training with ATP, eventually reaching career highs of 220 lbs and 93 mph. Those gains opened the door for me to achieve another lifelong dream: playing Power 4 baseball at the University of Notre Dame, where I competed in the ACC while pursuing my master’s degree.
I am beyond grateful for the more than seven years I’ve spent with ATP’s talented and caring staff. They’ve not only helped me become the player I am today, but also supported me as true friends.

Before working at ATP I was a light and skinny kid, who was adjusting to a growth spurt. With the care and passion from the coaches/trainers I was able to gain around 80 pounds, become stronger, more flexible, faster, and an overall better athlete. The combination of speed training and lifting at ATP, makes it such a great place to train. For all of the lost athletes out there, joining ATP is a no brainer. If not for the high quality lifting, join for the sense of family and community you get (from the coaches and from the other athletes). I have not only molded myself into a better player at ATP, but I have also created friendships that will last a lifetime.

” I have been in the ATP community for almost 4 years now and have loved every minute of it. Not only do I look forward to coming in everyday, but I have also seen so much progress. I personally struggled with putting on size early in my high school career. ATP put me on a personalized nutrition program and weightlifting program. In just 3 years I put on over 60 lbs of muscle and completely changed the trajectory of my baseball career. Since I joined ATP I added 25 MPH to my fastball (74 mph to 99 mph), landing me my dream commitment and turning me into a nationally ranked professional prospect. My favorite portion of ATP is the staff. The trainers at ATP genuinely care about me as a player and as a person. They want me to get better and have helped me in more ways than I can imagine. Joining ATP is by far the best decision I have made for my baseball career and I couldn’t recommend it more. “

College outfielder at Wesleyan University
